CEC RFP for Design Architect Services

The Science and Technology Campus Corporation seeks proposals for Design Architect Services for the Commercialization and Entrepreneurship Center.

Qualifications and Proposals are due on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST.

ABOUT CARMENTON:

The Ohio State University's innovation district, Carmenton, is a bold new vision for building connections and community that will fuel growth in central Ohio. To date, the district has received nearly $900 million of public and private support and reimagined more than 350 acres of land for development. 

ABOUT CEC:

As part of SciTech's 2023 master planning efforts, phases for development within Carmenton were identified, with Phase 1A designated for the Commercialization and Entrepreneurship Center (CEC). The building will be located in Carmenton, near the Pelotonia Research Center and Energy Advancement and Innovation Center (EAIC). SciTech will develop, own, and operate the multi-tenant building that supports research and office uses.
